We will exchange, credit or refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your package. Gift recipients can exchange items. You will be able to select from a variety of shipping options during the check out process depending on your specific needs. Normally, Creative 3, LLC offers standard ground shipping. Other options include, 2 day air and next day air through UPS. USPS is used on smaller orders. Remember to add in the order lead time (the time it will take to validate your credit card, gather your products and package your order) to the shipping time to determine when your order will arrive. Most orders ship the day after the order is received. UPS delivers 5 days a week, Monday through Friday; USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order. Your shipping costs can also be found on your order status page and in your order confirmation email.
For orders going to APO / FPO addresses, we can only ship using USPS Priority Mail. Please note that the "Track Your Order" capability is not available for items sent to APO / FPO addresses. Creative3, LLC is responsible only for the delivery of your items from our distribution center to the U.S. military post offices. Once the items have been delivered to the U.S. military post offices, we do not have control over the shipment or delivery time to the final APO / FPO destination.
Damage During Shipping
Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
